| SB 1269– An Act Concerning Long-Term Care Insurance has just come out and can be viewed on the website tracker. Section 5 of the bill includes our LTC Riders with annuities language. The bill is receiving a public hearing on Tuesday (2/11) at noon and NAIFA should testify in support at the hearing. Click here to read the public hearing agenda.
The deadline to sign up to testify is Monday (2/10) at 3pm. You can testify in person or remotely via zoom. There is no deadline for written testimony but it most effective to submit it the night before the hearing so legislators have time to review it.
