As we reflect on the accomplishments and growth of NAIFA Connecticut over the past few years, we extend our deepest gratitude to Addison Rosenbluth for his exceptional leadership and dedication during his tenure as Chapter President from 2022 to 2024.

Addison’s presidency was marked by a steadfast commitment to advancing NAIFA CT’s mission, fostering strong relationships within the financial services community, and championing the professional development of our members. Under his leadership, NAIFA CT navigated both challenges and opportunities, emerging stronger and more connected than ever before.

Throughout his term, Addison demonstrated visionary leadership by spearheading initiatives that enhanced member engagement, expanded educational offerings, and strengthened our advocacy efforts at the state level. He also played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth merger of FSP, showcasing his ability to manage complex transitions with efficiency and care. His collaborative spirit and strategic approach have left an indelible mark on the chapter, inspiring both current and future leaders.

Addison’s passion for the industry and unwavering support for his colleagues have been evident in every event, meeting, and initiative he led. His ability to unite members around a common purpose and drive meaningful change has set a high standard for leadership within our organization.
