Patrick (Pat) Glynn serves as Vice President for Highland Capital Brokerage. He is responsible for developing new broker relations and life insurance sales.
Pat has been in the life insurance industry for 25 years. Prior to joining Highland, he served as Senior Wealth Management Consultant with Phoenix Life where he developed broker relations and sales of life insurance through various advisors. He consistently ranked as a company leader in annualized production and was chosen to participate in various field advisory committees, including product development, underwriting, and marketing.
Pat attended Central Connecticut State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He is a member of the Estate and Business Planning Council and the Society of Financial Planning Professionals. Pat volunteers with United Way and the American Heart Association. He holds the following FINRA licenses: Series 6: FINRA Investment Company Products and Variable Contracts Limited Representative; Series 26: FINRA Investment Company Products and Variable Contracts Limited Principal; and Series 63: NASAA Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination.
Pat resides in Wethersfield, Connecticut, with his wife, Debbie. He has three children, Kaitlin, Jen, and Chris.

Graduating with honors from ECSU in 1974, Gary continued his education at the University of Connecticut’s MBA Program. He holds esteemed certifications including CLU, ChFC, CFP®, AIF®, and EA, showcasing his commitment to professional excellence.
With a wealth of experience, Gary has contributed significantly to the industry, serving as an instructor for various programs and committees. He volunteered as the chairman of the Town of Vernon Pension Committee for over a decade, providing invaluable investment advice.

Christopher Soulias

Chris Soulias began his career in financial services almost 60 years ago. In1965 after returning home from serving in the U. S. Navy, his financial career began by working for Consumer Finance companies. In 1968 he joined First New Haven National Bank (CT) where he remained for 15 years attaining the position of Regional Vice President. In 1983 he joined First Federal Savings and Loan of Madison (CT) as Senior Vice President and architect of bank’s Commercial Banking Division.
In 1989 he left banking to begin his own business of providing tax and financial services to small businesses and individuals. To facilitate his new career, he obtained the necessary securities and insurance licenses, became enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and became a CFP®. As such he has been able to satisfy a full range of financial needs for his clients. He was also an instructor for CFP© candidates at Quinnipiac University.
At the present time Chris’ focus is primarily on the senior market providing Medicare solutions and individual tax services. He also is actively engaged with the Connecticut Health Care Exchange to assist individuals in obtaining affordable health care.
Chris has served on the Boards of Directors of the Valley Shore YMCA, Kuhn Employment Opportunities, and the Middlesex Habitat for Humanity. As a current member of Rotary for 47 years, he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, President, and Director. Currently he belongs to the National Association of Enrolled Agents, NAIFA, and is a Member Emeritus of the FPA.
Chris and his wife Linda reside in Middletown, CT. He has two daughters and three grandchildren.
